Southbay Sod ~ Guarantee!
We guarantee all work performed by Southbay Sod will be done properly and in an efficient manor. All jobs will have a supervisor appointed who will be directly responsible for its quality. All steps will be performed to insure the customer's satisfaction. These will include and are not limited to
- The ground raked and level before we start
- Fresh cut and fertilized sod installed properly
- All sod watered and rolled when finished
- Final inspection by appointed supervisor
All work is backed by a 30 day guarantee. If you have a problem within the first 30 days call us right away. We will send a supervisor right out to diagnose the problem. If there is something wrong with the quality of the sod or if we have not done the work properly, we will replace any affected areas. If there is something you are doing wrong for example not watering enough, we will advise you as to what should be done to correct the problem.
We guarantee all delivered sod to be cut that day or day before. Problems with delivered sod must be reported to us within 24 hours. Due to the perish ability of this item, anything not reported within this time period cannot be guaranteed by us. Although we at Southbay Sod, will provide the highest quality sod available. Sod is not weed free nor can it be guaranteed to be bug free. It is the customer's responsibility to install the new sod on the day of the delivery, water properly and use insecticide/fertilizer.
